A Cape Cod Ocean Manor Inn

I highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and went above beyond during our stay. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. You can enjoy the continental breakfast in the dining area or the deck that looks out over the salt marsh and watch the birds or the sunset later. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beaches, 10 minutes walk to the ferry and restaurants, and another 5 or 10 minutes to the shopping on Main Street.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were perfect and we had everything we needed. The place is adorable and in a great location. Walking distance to both veterans and kalmus beach. Martin is an exceptional host along with a warm and welcoming staff. The view off the balcony was beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!

Stayed at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor the first weekend in December. Martin and Ashley were wonderful. Our room was just as described. View of the ocean. Everything was first rate. Can't wait to see them again in the Spring. Just a delightful place!!!

I bought a stay for my folks at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor this month, and Mom found the whole staff at CC Ocean Manor to be great, from Martin (whose warm Italian welcome included local recommendations and interesting fun facts) to the sweet folks who served breakfast in the morning. My folks (who have high standards that an adult son might worry to meet if hosting!) told me the room was very clean — and huge! And they reported getting in the sort of relaxation that Martin seems to have made it his mission to provide... Martin warrants special thanks, in my book. Not only was he a delightfully personable host, his graciousness and attentiveness very evident on our call setting this up; I happened to mention that the weekend of their stay was actually Mom's 39th anniversary (this return to Cape Cod particularly fitting, being the honeymoon site) — and Mom told me that Martin had chocolate-dipped strawberries prepared as a surprise gift to commemorate the occasion. Wow, what a touching gesture! Martin, you've got my thanks for offering a great stay and going above and beyond, sir —

We had a great stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean and the private balcony was an added bonus. Martin was a hospitable host who took the time to give us a tour of the house. The location is perfect...just minutes from the beach and the ferry dock. We would definitely return.

A very nice place to stay, we booked the room with the view on the sea : it was perfect,. It has everything to feel like home. The room was very clean and very well decorated with cute vintage details. Martin and Sandra Lee are adorable. Bonus : the included breakfast is delicious.
