Sea Street Inn

I am writing to share my experience at the Sea Street Inn. It an unexpected and much appreciated surprise after a long and stressful summer. I was in a hurry when I booked a room in September as I was attending a conference near by. I didn't take the time to read the details about the Inn. As I was leaving for my trip my friend looked up the Sea Street Inn on line and told me you are in for quite a treat. it's an adult only boutique Inn and there is a chef there who is the owner and he prepares a gourmet "tasting" menu daily. She was right. It was special from the word go, the greeting, the beautiful art work displayed in the common areas, the most glorious kitchen I have ever seen and the most artistic breakfasts I have ever experienced. It was a taste sensation I can't wait to experience again. In addition, the Inn was meticulous, the front porch inviting and the guest room was so tasteful and comfortable. The proximity to both the beach and the down town restaurants and attractions was a huge plus. I will go back here next year when I attend the same conference and will be looking forward to it. Very homey feeling, beds were so cozy and clean , breakfast was spectacular and staff made you feel special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Street Inn. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The breakfasts were a highlight—delicious, unique, and made with such care. Adrian is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a variety of recommendations. It was such a perfect weekend and we can’t wait to visit again.

Great location; close to bars, restaurants and ferry. Room was spacious, clean and private. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of Cape Cod; made some great recommendations. The food surpassed all expectations. Will definitely stay again.

In a word, WOW. Been to a lot of B&B's (and top rated restaurants) over the years but none of them compare to this. Anyone that seeks out and appreciates culinary excellence and is visiting the Hyannis area, Sea Street Inn is where you want to stay. Chef Adrian is not only an excellent host but to experience his breakfasts borders on bucket list events.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this Inn. From the meticulously curated decor to the impeccable and personal service, everything is thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. The highlight of the stay is definitely the chef's choice breakfast, which takes your taste buds on a journey to Europe with its exquisite flavors and presentation. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn and will definitely be back!
