Sea Street Inn

My husband and I were looking for a different type of adventure to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We researched and found Sea Street Inn and the many five star reviews. The reviews were spot on and Adrian and his inn are five star in every way. Every area is spotless. When we arrived, he greeted us and shared with us everything we needed to know about our room and the inn. In the room, there were the most delicious homemade chocolates and the fridge was stocked with complimentary water and other drinks. He asked us our plan for the weekend and we told him we didn’t have a set plan. He made great suggestions and asked what time we wanted breakfast in the morning. Well the next morning, not only did he map out our day with notes and a bag of Cape Cod Chips to use when we got to Nauset Lighthouse for a pic, but the gourmet, four course meal he created was just something we will never forget.

Fabulous place to stay when visiting Cape Cod/Hyannis. Adrian was the perfect host; a fantastic (breakfast) chef and an extremely knowledgeable tourist guide! Would thoroughly recommend 😁

Adrian is a terrific host and definitely goes the extra mile to ensure his guests have a terrific experience. He is an excellent chef who takes pride in providing his guests a wonderful culinary experience. Also a great location on the Cape.

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words.. For those of you who love a good bed and breakfast stay, Sea Street Inn in Hyannis is the spot. Look at these dishes we were served for breakfast daily. As incredibly delicious as the dishes were beautiful. Adrian, the innkeeper is a master chef, having worked for Michelin star chefs in NYC. There is also a variety of professional, framed art photography on the interior walls of the property, which is walking distance to both the water and shops of Main St.

Perfection resulting from an absolutely flawless attention to detail. In every way; design, art, pillows, linen, etc this Inn exceeds in every way and results in maximum comfort. The attribute that really puts it over the top, comparatively, is the host Adrian’s culinary skills. He served a very special four course (small plate) breakfast using the finest local seafood and ingredients. His resume includes time at Jean George’s NYC flagship and was as delicious as it was beautifully presented and, stunningly, was included in the room price! I thought it quite a deal and will be recommending it to my Martha’s Vineyard friends as we sometimes get stranded on the Cape due to ferry problems. I was there overnight due to an early AM appointment. When needing to stay anywhere on the Cape, this is now my go to property.

Elegant, tasteful, spotless, comfortable, welcoming, exceptional, fantastic place to stay while exploring the Cape. Our host Adrian helped us to get into restaurants normally booked out and gave us tons of valuable info on places to see and things to do which made our stay extra fun and interesting. Food was outstanding, highest quality ingredients, imaginative and delicious. We felt at home and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cape Cod. Amazing! Highly recommend!

Hands-down the best food we have ever had at a bed and breakfast. Conveniently located in Hyannis, we booked this BnB for a wedding we were attending and were absolutely THRILLED with our experience. Friendly owner, superior service, fantastic food, this was not just a "stay" at a bed and breakfast, it was an "experience" that will not soon be forgotten. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful bed and breakfast on Cape Cod! My husband and I loved our stay here. Adrian, the owner, was so kind and helpful to all of our needs. The B&B was quiet, clean, and beautifully appointed. This place is a must-stay if you will be traveling in the area!

FANTASTIC hospitality! Super cute grounds, clean & cozy yet modern rooms, bathrooms & dining area. Adrian was super helpful with touristy things to see/do! And the breakfast…O M G !!! We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer next time!
