Hotel was great. A little out of the centre of Copenhagen but bus was easily accessible and affordable. Hotel was clean and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was yum, lots to choose from

There is a McDonald's and a supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. There is also a taxi machine on the first floor, which makes travel convenient.

Nice staff, but low maintenance level. Bathroom shower glass calcified, Doors and floors looks old and should be renewed. This hotel looks to be forgotten by Scandic, compared to the popular city hotels in Copenhagen. Sad that the restaurant closes forever, but maybe because…

Single cappuccino machine for all guests breakfast. Imagine the wait times. And the machine breaks often. Rooms are very smal with no mini bar or water offered.

Up to 20 cm long dust hanging down from the roof installations in the Dining room. Not nice to eat under a big layer of dust. Not seen anything like this any other places. Took weeks before they responded to my complain and never no acknowledge received .

The hotel is wonderful, I enjoyed a lot the breakfast. Rooms are very clean and cozy. There is a special zone for the children. The staff is extremely kind. If I go again to Copenhagen I will book again the same hotel. I highly recommend it to my friends

My colleague and I booked two rooms for one night. The rooms and breakfast did not live up to the expectations, compared to the price. The showers in both rooms had black mold and was not a delicate place to wash. Everything else was average, except from nice and welcoming staff.
