Environment: The location is very good. The scenery changes as you move. It is close to the mountains and rivers and is cozy and comfortable. The room has a large French window. You can watch the stars on the balcony in spring and autumn. It is suitable for couplesđŠâ¤ď¸đ¨
Facilities: Parking is convenient. The hotel is very large. The breakfast pancakes and porridge recommended by the housekeeper Xiao Taozi are very good. The steamed peanuts and yam taste good. I donât know where they are from. I really want to buy some to take home.
Because it was too sunny, I didnât go to the water park. When I was strolling downstairs, I accidentally saw a big tiger. The big cat was also wilted in the sun. I will come back when the weather is cooler. Taihu Lake is really beautiful. For us, it is not inferior to Erhai Lake and Lugu Lake.

The staff was really nice and polite. The bedroom was clean.
The location is amazing, close to the old town and easy to go watch the fireworks at night, it's a must see.
The tickets show that we got staying at the hotel was nice and fun. Worth to watch.
The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there.

The five stars for service are only for meave, the housekeeper. My five-star praise and overall score are based on the housekeeper's service. The service was very good. I also applied for breakfast for my children, arranged a better room, saw more beautiful fireworks, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Forget about the other staff. There was no smile the whole time, except for a female customer service who brought me water. If I were to rate the hotel, I would say that I would only give it 1 point. Whether it is the facilities, hygiene, or the service in the lobby, they are all very poor. Not having a refrigerator is something that a five-diamond hotel should not have, and not needing other floors is also something that a hotel like this should not have. I clearly told the escalator that it was broken, but the staff still directed me there, which made me speechless. The children's toiletries I asked for were thrown directly on the ground at the door. Don't they understand hygiene? So what if there is a packaging box? It gives people a very bad feeling, and the sound insulation effect is not good. It is really a very bad experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski âˇď¸ ) Ancient town etcâŚ
And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes.
The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano âď¸

GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

GGuest UserWe have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. The water park was the absolute highlight for my 6 year old daughter. The room was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper ĺ°é went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

GGuest UserI randomly saw Naicang Botique hotel on Trip.com while I was looking for hotels in Moganshan for a weekend get away. I was attracted by its view as well as the simplistic yet modern looking design. Anyway, I went ahead with my gut feeling and just booked a family suite and a double room for me and my friends.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel manager who also happens to be the owner. We saw a group of friends hanging out in the hotel lobby which was also a good sign. The owner recommended us places to visit around MoganShan. The hotel lobby has several kinds of entertainment available and the owner likes to offer whatever he can to make you feel welcomed.
My friends wanted to do a BBQ so the owner not only arranged everything but also helped us fire the coal and even help us cook. Furthermore, he even offered us some soft drinks on the house. Last but not the least, the hotel chef is the mom of the owner who herself is a wonderful, friendly and kind lady.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I have always heard that the Wilderness of Dale is very good. This time I took my mother and dog to Anji to play, because there are not many hotels that can bring dogs. I can see the Wilderness of Dale, so I decided without hesitation.
The housekeepers who received us were Shasha and Fang Wei, who provided excellent and considerate service. Build a group in advance to inform the surrounding attractions, and help turn on the air conditioner and floor heating in advance, so that the room will be warm when you arrive.
There are welcome fruits in the room, heart-warming red bean soup in the evening, and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The B&B is located in the town of Taohuayuan, like a paradise, you can stroll around for a long time in the town, and there are movie theaters and theaters that are showing at the same time.
My mom thought it was a great experience.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5â experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. Iâm a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighborsâ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they canât change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I canât confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end Iâd still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
