又舊又破的酒店，房間老的一塌糊塗，樓梯踩起來嘎吱嘎吱響，上一家住的應該帶狗子了，房間裏一股寵物的味道，泡完温泉都沒毛巾換，前台的電話接太湖的吧，永遠沒人接，哪來的服務，好評都是買的吧

環境不錯，入住期間一切順利，酒店的位置不錯，就在太湖邊，走幾步路就能到太湖邊，非常適合吹晚風，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，還有小王管家服務優秀，值得點贊👍

入住在這個天籟之夢，置身於大自然之中，環境優美，衞生也很不錯，一家人住的舒心，還有私人管家小王服務的很周到，周邊遊玩介紹了很多，這兩天玩的有點停不下來，非常有愛的一個城市🏖️

We took our kids to Huzhou for the second time and chose the Tianlai Zhimeng Hot Spring Hotel. It is the villa area next to the Sheraton. The environment is like entering a tropical botanical garden. It is very Southeast Asian style. The room is super large and there is a private hot spring with daily water change. It is clean and hygienic. On the day of check-in, the customer service manager Leo was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. He helped us carry our luggage and introduced the facilities. He also arranged a full set of toiletries for the children. Later, he responded to all our requests without getting tired of it. I was very touched. Thank you again🙏 We went to Sheraton for breakfast or the Sheraton lobby front desk would arrange a shuttle bus. It was very fast and convenient. The Moon Hot Spring downstairs was super enjoyable. The children were so hungry that they didn’t want to leave. And you can see the "toilet lid" from the hot spring pool. The view is superb. There are many places to visit and play around the hotel, such as Taihu Ancient Town, Dragon Dream Park, Wetland Park, and Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall. It was another worthwhile trip. We will come to Huzhou again

臨時預訂了這家酒店，衝著帶泳池的別墅來定的，和家人朋友帶着小傢伙們來，小朋友在泳池玩的特別開心，我們還一起在泳池打水仗，以及周邊還有一些比較好玩比較有趣的親子目的地，留下了難忘到親子記憶。別墅區位置緊鄰太湖，植被茂盛，環境靜謐，是一個不可多得的風水寶地。唯一的遺憾就是行程挺趕，衹有一天，下次還想抽空來多住兩天。感謝Leo的服務，在他的協助下，整個入住過程特別順利，下次還希望是他服務我
