入住前一天小萬管家會電話聯繫添加微信告知酒店位置，有問必答，會温馨提醒長頸鹿外放時間，早上注意保暖等。酒店遇到的每一位服務人員都很熱情，聯繫叫車到達速度很快，點餐可以送到房間。早餐應有盡有，園區活動也很豐富孩子玩的很開心。淡季來玩人少，整體體驗感很好

莊園環境相當不錯，加了小萬管家的微信，服務非常周到，專業性滿分💯。園區內小動物也很多，雖然因為天冷不能在早餐時對長頸鹿進行投喂，但管家都有提前及時告知，乾脆麪也很可愛，早上還碰到了松鼠猴串門，lucky～

2025年01月入住獨棟野奢大床，環境非常好，安靜！小朋友玩得也開心。房間乾淨，很大。管家小張服務好，叫車及時，全程都有車接送，非常方便。萌寵樂園小朋友體驗感很強，鸚鵡活躍，小浣熊萌萌的，都餵了，動物種類也多，泡了温泉，體驗非常好的一次旅行。

趁着孩子放假來打卡收藏夾中的長頸鹿酒店，小朋友體驗感特別好，餵了長頸鹿，浣熊，獴。還有兩天兩刷的竹林飛躍，非常開心，房間也是風景優美，裝修先進。服務方面的話入住時就加上了管家小萬的位置，滿足了我們所有的需求，特別感激。當然美中不足的就是天冷了早餐缺少了長頸鹿們的陪伴，等天氣暖和了一定會再次打卡體驗。提個小建議，酒店內是否考慮整個小便利店或者自動售賣機

住在竹林裏的獨棟小別墅，地方還是很大的，有專門的車接車送
因為天氣太冷，長頸鹿在室內，小朋友很興奮，玩的地方還是很多的，有萌寵樂園、竹林飛躍、竹林滑道、小童遊樂設施等，適合帶娃兩天一晚短途遊！

環境很好，天然氧吧，住宿環境安靜優雅 很適合親子活動。 加了小萬管家的微信，服務態度非常好，很專業。 萌寵樂園很好玩 可以跟小動物近距離互動，也可以飯後走走步道，感受竹林裏的氣味。 值得再去的一個地方。

莊園酒店很大，可玩的項目也很多，這次竹林滑道和竹林飛躍沒玩，等下次天氣熱了再來體驗。冬天有些項目不開，但有温泉。
管家小萬服務周到，園內電瓶車隨叫隨到，服務體驗不錯。
早餐也很豐富。
