湖州太湖喜來登温泉度假酒店（以下簡稱月亮酒店），這次我們全家度假首選月亮酒店是因為我兒子在國外網站看到屹立在太湖旁邊像馬桶蓋建築，外觀非常漂亮有一種獨特魅力與廸拜帆船酒店相媲美。酒店服務非常人性化，這次全程接待我們的宋先生，真是做到一位專職酒店管理人員的素質和業務水平，前一天就用電話聯繫我，説這次入住酒店需要什麼幫助，當聽到我對客房要求後，馬上幫我協調安排，同時從我原訂的房間升級到二套非常舒適的套房，而且幫我們一一簡介酒店設施、用餐、温泉、周邊旅遊景點。因此我兒子兒媳感到宋先生服務很到位，服務態度非常好，這次回國度假真正體現高檔酒店管理水平。酒店設施齊全，從早上自助餐到晚上中餐廳，品種繁多，色香味俱全，廚師手藝不錯。整個酒店外觀就像一部大型藝術品，晚上燈光秀把酒店月亮灣裝扮成美麗動人模樣，男女老少拍照留念，也算是在月亮酒店一道風景線。

這次三個大人帶一個小孩訂的是通房，一個套房和一個大床房合併的，類似兩房兩衞一廳！一開始衞生有點問題，後來和管家小李溝通後幫我換了，這次服務真的很讓人滿意，解決速度很快！中間還有其他插曲，但是都被小李同志一一解決了！必須給他點贊！衹是希望下次打掃衞生的服務人員認真點！給人不必要的麻煩！這次全都是管家小李處理問題的效率高！可能建設時間長了，房間屋頂有點黴斑！酒店的早餐值得推薦的是小餛飩，好吃的！

週末一家人一起去旅行，入住當天正好是我母親的生日，管家Lucy真的很貼心，前一天就跟我們電話聯繫加了微信，還特意在房間做了生日佈置，還贈送了水果拼盤和生日蛋糕，管家Lucy主動熱情的幫我們辦理入住手續，熱情主動幫我們拉行李箱，一直把我們送到房間，還當面祝賀我母親生日快樂，玩的開心，真是太感人了，我們的湖景房套房很大，湖景很漂亮，設施齊全，游泳池的工作人員也很熱情接待，提醒我們注意腳下安全，泳池濕滑，健身房中心的乒乓球室的工作人員，也熱情接待，提醒我們空調不必調的太高，出汗會感冒的。，酒店地理位置絕佳，裝修豪華，到各個景點都很方便，酒店早餐品種繁多，好吃，最喜歡的無非就是酒店的夜景燈光秀了，這應該是該酒店的最佳亮點了吧，最後肯定這7星級的酒店服務好的沒話説了，哈哈，期待我們下一次入住再相遇
