酒店環境，硬件，配套基本可以滿足在深山內的度假休閑需求，不過道場實在太高，就沒有爬了…酒店每一位員工都非常具有服務意識，以解決客人的需求為優先，看到我有箱子會主動過來協助搬運，同行人腳受傷不便去餐廳用早餐，和餐廳的小哥説一下就直接幫我挑的食物打包好，沒有任何的excuse，讓人感覺很舒適。再次感謝前台部門的帥哥小魯，入住期間幫我們解決了很多問題

安吉之西，方外之地，有老莊隱於山水幽谷也。在此居住樂逍遙！好山好水好風光，坐擁千畝茶山。酒店的環境幽雅別緻，隨手拍都出片，入住歡迎水果和晚安甜品都讓人賓至如歸。管家小魯服務周到，細心回答各種問題，臨走時我還落下二件東西，又是小魯提醒了我，還幫我寄了快遞，非常感謝！

酒店很好，不踩雷，泳池、烏篷船、漢服體驗等活動豐富，如果能把釣魚也加到體驗活動裏就更好了！
服務很好，服務人員細緻周到，這次的管家小魯有求必應隨時在線，點贊👍（垂釣，烏篷船等活動時間範圍擴大些就更好了，比如早上七點就開始，晚上持續到六七點，可以避開陽光很曬的時間段，體驗更好。）
