Complexe au top comme il se présente. Seule bémol au niveau du spa trop d enfants très bruyant dans certains créneaux horaires on se croirait à la piscine municipale. C'est dommage car ce spa pourrait être très agréable

Dit hotel vind ik persoonlijk een pareltje . Eén vriendelijke ontvangst . Mooie lobby en gratis parking . Zwembad aanwezig een pareltje . Sauna en stoombad alles inclusief . Het ontbijt is heel goed te noemen en heel verzorgd , zelfs een glaasje Clement wacht op u . Alleen vind ik het spijtig dat klanten van het hotel niet kunnen dineren zonder reservatie . Prachtige badkamer . Ik heb maar 1 antwoord . Dit hotel is perfect in mijn ogen voor een kort verblijf .

Très bel et très grand hôtel luxueux Spa et piscine spacieux avec une belle amplitude horaire. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, on domine la plaine d’Alsace. Literie de qualité, rangements, superbe salle de bains. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Possibilité de dîner sur place ( très joli menu avec des produits de saison bien travaillés)

Totalement séduits et ravis de l’hôtel. Belle infrastructure au milieu des bois mais d'accès facile et proche de tout. Spa très accueillant et propre. Changement de serviettes facile. Petit-déjeuner qualitatif et varié, réapprovisionné jusqu’à l’heure du terme, ce qui est rare. Repas du soir de qualité également. Nous avons pris un menu avec accompagnement vin. Nous avons bien fait, le sommelier était parfait. Il nous a fait découvrir de bons vins avec la possibilité d’en avoir un autre si nous n’aimions pas. Chambre supérieure avec terrasse un peu petite mais avec une bonne literie. Manque quelques amenities : dentifrice, après-shampooing et plus de crème corps (un seul petit flacon disponible). Personnel très professionnel, agréable et communiquant. De plus, nous avons pu profiter du spa après 11h le jour de notre départ et c’est un vrai plus. De plus, plusieurs fois au spa, nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls. Que du bonheur! Nous avons aussi été épatés de voir que des clients étaient encore acceptés au petit-déjeuner après 10h et avec le sourire. Très belle découverte. J’ajoute également un massage avec Séverine au top! Meilleur massage que j’ai jamais eu.

Chambre confortable, très propre. Pas de volets, seulement rideaux occultants. Salle de bain : il manque une petite serviette pour les mains, sinon très bien. Douche spacieuse. Des crochets supplémentaires seraient pratiques pour accrocher / faire sécher les serviettes (douche, spa) et peignoirs. Les toilettes séparées c'est un vrai plus ! Les fenêtres de la chambre était juste au-dessus de la terrasse couverte, ça peut être un peu bruyant. Spa : l'espace est petit mais agréable. La terrasse est vraiment très très petite donc difficile d'y avoir une place. Les horaires d'accès aux enfants ne sont pas respectés, à 16h il y avait déjà des enfants partout dans la piscine. Et personne ne surveille donc ils sautent partout, c'est vraiment un gros point négatif pour un espace spa, le calme n'était pas au rdv. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Espace bar agréable. Restaurant très bien, cuisine et service. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et de bonne qualité, avec des produits locaux.

Séjour de 2 nuits entre forêt et vignoble. Hôtel très bien décoré. Le personnel nous a bien renseigné sur les balades et les restaurants du coin.une très belle piscine et espace spa. Bien propre aussi . Grand parking en face de l’hôtel. Hôtel bien calme

Tout est parfait. Dommage qu'on ne passe pas l'aspirateur. Car au retour de promenade vers 17 h von retrouve les miettes du petit déjeuner pris en chambre. Ch. 402 le 8 avril .2025. Restaurant et réception accueil super. Le Spa agréable et impeccable. Literie très bien
