The hotel is in a convenient location. There is a shopping mall opposite. I arrived at the hotel at noon on 22/11 to put my luggage. The receptionist was very polite. Overall, it was very good, but... When I checked in at 3:00 pm, another receptionist was not very friendly. At 5:00, I explained to the receptionist that please store the package for me and my friend would come to pick it up. He was even more unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help. On 25/11, a room cleaning staff knocked on the door at 9:40 am. She was unfriendly and explained that the service would not be available after the time. She would come back in 30 minutes. Although we did not have a sign indicating that we were on break, this was my first time. Once someone asked me to leave the door after the time limit. It was strange.
