Really lovely service, right next to the hospital. They left lots of nice little toiletries. It was very nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

Booking was for two female friends from overseas hence security & cleanliness was important - both were delivered! Room was clean & beds made daily. Location was great just out the door and you’re in central Hurstville - shops & transport just there. Georgio looked after us very well and no request was too difficult.

Ritz's location is ideal to the centre of the suburb, eateries & train station is only 100 metres. Restaurant & bar facilities are available. Room was tidy with basic needs and in simple setting. Receptionists were friendly & offered conveniences - they were flexible in offering their services. It is Worth they Charge!

We loved our stay here!! The location; so close to the train station, shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. The staff were really friendly and always happy to help. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check-in, which enabled us to begin our exploration of Sydney, so very thankful. The room had everything we needed; comfortable bed, mini-fridge, TV, aircon and ensuite. Everything worked and was very neat and tidy. Seriously, we could not fault it. The pub! The food! Soooo good! Great food, great value and such a chilled atmosphere. The best place for winding down after long days of exploring. We will definitely be staying there again 😊

PROS: - Price. Two Double beds with quite a space to move around. - Lot of Toiletries (Shampoo-Conditioner-Paste-Toothbrush etc. for each person) - Room and Bathroom were clean. - Beds were clean. - Location was good. Close to westfield. CONS: - Have to find your own parking space. - On the road so can get noisy at night. - Need more curtains to stop light coming in the room. - Bathroom seat needs to be changed.

You absolutely get what you pay for. Very budget but close to the train line to the city so was a good position. The bathroom in our room was quite dirty and there was mould and staining to the grout in the shower and the rest of the bathroom. There was also a leak from the basin. For the short time we stayed I couldn’t really have been bothered to raise the issues. There’s much better budget accommodation in the area for only a little more $

We wanted somewhere that wouldn't break the bank, with a bathroom we didn't have to share, and this is what this is. We stayed in the room with a double bed and bunk beds. The double was comfortable, the bunks would probably be fine for children. For adults it's not so good. The upper mattress had a plastic/waterproof top. No parking at the hotel but we found some nearby. Although we were in the middle of Sydney, there wasn't a lot of noise keeping us awake. Spare blankets would have been nice to have in the room.
