Newly remodeled in 2021. Cedar Point, beach access, park, fishing & more!

Perfect for our family of 6! Very clean & well kept. Well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that surprised me was the back yard was not enclosed and there was no covering for the patio, which made it a bit dirty with bird droppings, etc. I just wiped down daily with Clorox wipes, so we could enjoy.

Excellent location, relaxing stay This is a well kept, updated house. It is located near the lake in a relaxed quiet neighborhood. The host provided everything we needed to ensure a pleasant vacation. There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, all have a TV in the room. All the electrics are brand new, the floors look brand new. Very clean and bright. We would stay again. Sleeps 6 comfortable.

Wonderful home for weekend trip to Cedar Point We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything we needed for a relaxing trip was supplied and the nearby park was terrific for the kids to play at in the evenings. You can also see the lights of Cedar Point from the broken pier at the park if you need to take a late-night stroll. Excellent communication with the owner, everything was great.

Quaint and Clean We enjoyed our stay on Silvern while playing in the Softball World Series at Sportsforce Park. The owners provided all the necessities (garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, TP, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. Made our trip to the store for necessities much easier! The house is modernly finished and the mattresses are very comfy! Dane’s communication is responsive and in a timely manner. The house is very clean. The house is located close to Cedar Point, Soortsforce Park and NickelPlate Beach. We enjoyed breakfast at Lemmy’s just down the street. Highly recommend Sand Bar in Huron at Nickel Plate Beach. We also enjoyed Chet and Matt’s pizza in Sandusky! A cozy home away from home and would totally rebook the next time we are in the area. We really liked staying on this side of the ball diamonds. Other teammate families stayed in Sandusky and they were wishing they were more in our area.

Convenient place for all the fun in the area Check in and communication by host was superb. Location to all in the area Cedar Pt, Lake Erie islands and more so close. Kids loved the location next to the beach park! Was an excellent place for makibg some lastibg memories

Wonderful Property A group of us stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for us. Super close to the lake, the kids enjoyed their time there and at the park close by. The house was very nice and clean with lots of modern touches. There was a very nice patio in the back as well. The property advertised a grill, but there was only a tiny charcoal grill when we arrived. I messaged the owner, and they responded immediately and brought a brand-new propane grill the next day, even though it was a holiday. He couldn't have been nicer. (the previous renters had not let him know the grill he had there was damaged in a storm until too late.) Would definitely stay again!
