Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. I recently stayed at Iberotel Makadi Beach, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is perfectly located on the Red Sea coastline, offering stunning views and crystal-clear waters. The reception service was excellent, with staff greeting me with smiles and warm welcomes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies overlooking the sea. The furniture is comfortable, and the decor is elegant, making the stay very enjoyable. I loved dining at the various restaurants in the hotel, which offer a wide range of local and international dishes, all absolutely delicious. The entertainment activities are outstanding, with plenty of opportunities for water sports or simply relaxing by the pool. I also appreciated the tranquil atmosphere, which is perfect for unwinding away from the pressures of everyday life. In short, if you’re looking for a memorable relaxation experience on the Red Sea, Iberotel Makadi Beach is the ideal choice. I will definitely return!

This is a very angry bad review! I have been traveling abroad for more than a month and have never encountered such service. First of all, the geographical location is indeed advantageous, very close to the airport, but there is no way to take a shower in the room, the water is hot and cold, and it is impossible to take a shower. Second, the front desk staff is chaotic. While we were waiting, another foreign friend couldn't find anyone at the front desk and could only shout. The voice of the front desk came from a distance and said to wait for 1 minute every time. As a result, the foreign friend carried a large luggage bag and waited for more than ten minutes before the front desk appeared, and the attitude was particularly bad. Third, everyone at the front desk had different opinions. We booked a diving activity, and it was agreed that 50 US dollars could not be paid by card and could only be paid in cash, so we took a taxi to get Egyptian pounds. After returning, we were told that we had to use US dollars, so we took a taxi to get US dollars again and didn't give change. We said we would give change after returning from the sea, and then called the room phone at night to change it to 60 US dollars, and told us to gather at 7:30 the next day. We went downstairs on time to check out and said 8:00, but we finally set off at 8:30. Isn't it good for me to sleep an extra hour? The partners we met on the trip actually only spent half of our price, which is not a big deal. I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us). Rooms are great with large comfortable beds & Pillows ,tea&coffee making facilities.water supplied daily in mini fridge . Large showers with toiletries , magnifying mirrors & powerful hair dryers . Ample sunbeds at pool area also on beach , Food is amazing , whatever your tastes , it is catered for . Everyone is friendly and helpful . All the Staff are hard working , and never seem to stop , and always with a smile . Management always on hand to sort any problems for you ! Well done Jaz Makadina!
