When I come back I am intended to stay there . I just enjoyed my time and I recommended it for many friends 😀😎

All Inclusive Package: The all-inclusive room is booked, and several meals and drinks are free to drink, but unlike other resort hotels that require guests to wear wristbands, you need to report the room number to register when ordering drinks, which is a bit troublesome, but not much. The main restaurant buffet is standard. Anyway, the main cost-effectiveness is still good for a few full meals. There is an ice bucket at the breakfast beverage counter, and you can get ice cubes by yourself. It is very friendly to ice drinkers, which is rarely seen before. The price of in-room dining is also very reasonable, and the overall paid dining is not expensive, so you can give it a try. Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

The hotel is on the first line, the beach is very well protected from the wind, which is especially important in winter in Hurghada. The food is no frills, but you won't leave hungry. In winter there are very few guests, but I find this to be a huge advantage. First of all, it's very quiet here. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is for you. The staff is friendly. There is hot water in the rooms, there are no problems with it. Secondly, the rooms are cozy for this price. If the purpose of your trip is diving or excursions, and you do not require luxury rooms, come here. Thirdly, usually, like the wind at sea, hotels immediately raise a red flag, and that’s it. The sea is closed to you. Here - welcome to the sea, there will be no questions for you. Nearby is Hurghada city center, with a supermarket. You can always buy what you need.

The staff at this hotel make the experience. From the manager to my friend who made me Turkish coffee with '24 sugar', I was treated with such kindness, like a member of the family. I loved, loved, loved my stay. This is not some stuffy 5-star hotel; it is a series of connected buildings that house rooms and apartments. At the time of my stay, they were putting in a sauna, steam, hot top with a tiny workout space. The room had a nice frig for my olives, cheese, and fruit. The bed was decent enough, and I had no complaints. A short walk on El Nasr will get you to a multitude of local eateries, and a taxi (cheap) will get you to more. The pool is long, you want sun, you get sun, you want shade, you can find it, or use an umbrella. The beach is 5 minutes away. If you want to meet the number one staff in Hurghada, along with the best cats, this is the place to stay.

It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

At the moment, I am at the hotel and my only desire is to leave it as soon as possible... so far this is the worst Steigenberger I have been to. I will start with the pros: 1. The hotel has a fairly pleasant territory and beautiful views of the canals. 2. The rooms are rather average... despite the fact that the hotel is new, the rooms already require renovation or at least cleaning of the furniture and walls. 3. A large TV in the room, if this is important to anyone. This is where the pros end and then the cons begin: 1. The food is bad, average at best, not Steigenberger level, worse than in Steigenberger Makadi and significantly worse than in Steigenberger Alaya. Low quality of food, no fruit, tasteless desserts, etc. 2. A very strange practice - water in the hotel is for extra charge. No, not bottled, not mineral... regular filtered water in a jug. Selling filtered water to guests of a five-star hotel for money is the height of greed. And it's not even about the price... it's just inconvenient, you need to call the waiter and sign the bill just if you want a glass of water. 3. Extremely unfriendly staff, very inattentive waiters... be prepared to clear your plates by yourself at breakfast or dinner so that there is at least a little space on the table, because the waiters will not do this. 4. The hotel has no beach on the sea, only a mini beach on the canal. Supposedly there is some kind of partner beach on the sea, where you can get by taxi at your own expense, but no one could explain where it is and how it works. 5. A small useless gym that is open until 19.00! 6. ”Golf” in the name of the hotel means nothing, the golf course nearby is not part of the hotel structure and does not provide any special prices or conditions for hotel guests 7. Once again, I will note the unfriendly staff. 8. This is not very important to me, but there is nothing to do in the hotel. So if it is important to you that the hotel has entertainment - there is none here. 9. The spa in the hotel is only outside the territory (not part of the hotel) very unreasonably expensive ... the price of accommodation does not even include a sauna. 10. Room service and reception, which cannot be reached from the room by phone, just nobody answers... Extremely disappointed with the hotel, although I used to think that Steigenberger is a sign of quality. In the end, this hotel has a very bad combination of inflated prices and low quality, I do not recommend it.
