Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L hôtel est magnifique, l Aquapark est un vrai paradis pour les enfants. Il y a la zone pour les bb, celle pour les plus petits, et celle pour les ados/adultes. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le WiFi était connecté partout, même dans les chambres! Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. Mention spéciale à : Mahmoud mansour Ahmed faraj allah Bala al hindi Ousama abdetawab Mustapha Mahmoud 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 La nourriture était juste EXCELLENTE, j avoue en avoir même été étonnée! C était frais et varié. L accès au restaurant des 3 hôtels donnait cette variété. Le seul point négatif serait juste les animations du soir qui n’étaient pas terribles. Bref, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir au Pickalbatros!

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Animationen waren mangelhaft und es gab keine Familienprogramme, was besonders enttäuschend war, da wir als Familie gereist sind. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr unbefriedigend und ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Horrible food, rude staff, AC not working, had to go to the reception 3 TIMES to ask for someone to come repair it. The water slides are DANGEROUS. I hurt myself on the red one and my foot ended up bleeding a LOT and I can still see the injury, knowing I went there in MAY and it is now September. On the site, it said 'free unlimited ice cream', turns out it was only for 2 hours a day and there was only ONE flavour. What a joke . Only decent food were the pancakes, which ended up making me sick, and I couldn't understand why, until the last day of my trip where I say an employee but TAP WATER (which isn't consumable in Egypt) in the pancakes which should be illegal and for which I could probably have sued them. Apart from that, the staff isn't professional at all, rude, doesn't even try to smile, and still has the audacity to ask for tips for every single thing they do WHICH IS THEIR JOB. Thought it was an all-inclusive hotel, not that I'd have to pay twice as much to not get harrassed by the staff. Now everytime I know someone who's going to Hurghada, I can't help but feel bad for them. Lowkey traumatised. Never again.
