We came back here second time because this is one of the best Hotel we have ever been. The food is amazing the best in Hurghada,the service is so caring and kind. The programs and shows are so good of course thanks for the animation team. They are so professional and powerful. The entertainment manager Aser do very very good job with them, they make every people smile and dance.They make the hotel shine. One of the best team i have ever seen. We will come back soon again.

Where shall I start...this is going to be a long review but I feel obliged to give this resort the credit it deserves. What a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday in the sun. Although the hotel has a lot of fantastic amenities to enjoy, staff for me comes on top. Without their welcomness and kindness, the stay wouldn't have been the same. I wish I could mention everyone, but I'll pick a few. Mahmoud Hammam at the reception, what a fantastic person with a great since of humour who was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy with our check in process. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in a lot of hotels, I can comfortably say Mahmoud is one of the most professional receptionists I've met. Also Mr. Maichal Reda was amazing and made us feel at home. The boat team team, Abdullah and Hassan who works relentlessly from 8:00am to 11:00pm dropping and picking up guests from reception to the seaside. Great people and very very welcoming. Shenouda and Ayman in Catello restaurant were amazing and offered every day a top class service, and thanks to Shenouda for the amazing Arabic drum show for my birthday party ..I think I can go on and on and I'm sure I forgot some amazing people but I think you got the message that the resort Staff were exceptional! Back to the facilities, the resort has a football, tennis and padel courts so you can enjoy some sports activities in the morning or afternoon. The gym could be better but it offers what you need to keep fit during the holiday considering the amazing food options the resort offers The SPA team were great and I highly recommend them specially Ahmed Ali..He seems young but he definitely very good in what he is doing. In terms of food, you will never get bored. The resort offers 5 restaurants; Oriental, French, Italian, German and Asian restaurants. The good news is all are included in the all inclusive package daily which is great to have and not many places do. Many resorts will have a main restaurant daily and offer you to try one restaurant during your stay. The variety and taste is to a very high standards and the food is almost available somewhere 24 hrs a day. The private beach is really good with sandy beach and clean water through our the day. The tide does not affect the water level as much through the day so the sea is accessible all time. The aqua park is not massive but it does the job and the kids loved it Things to consider for improvement from my opinion is the animation team need to spread themselves more to cover the resort as all activities are on the main pool only and very few at the seaside. The resort has about 5 pools and we had to move to the main pool to attend any event. Also the seaside bar needs more attention as it has amazing view to the sea and will be great if they can serve dinner there.
