12 yaşında ikiz çocuklarımızla otele giriş yapmak için vardığımızda, ekstra 700 dolar ödemek zorunda kaldık. Kasım ayında 13 yaşına girecekler. Fakat otel, ısrarla çocuklar 12 yaşında değiller. Tripten çok az ödeme yapmışsınız, ya ödemeyi yapın ya da gidin dediler. Mecburen 700 dolar ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldık. Bizim gibi hüsrana uğramamak için yaş konusunda gerekirse, 1 yaş büyük seçin. Temizlik konusuna gelince, görevli yere parfüm sıkıyor sonra da üzerinden iğrenç paspasıyla siliyor, o kadar. Balkonumuz her gün toz içindeydi, hiç temizlenmedi.

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

The staff are very friendly and always there to help, food is very delicious, room is spacious and clean.
Animation is superb.

The food is good. I love it. I have friendly staff. The worst thing is rip-off taxi fare. It costs 2-3 dollars for Uber to the airport, but hotel taxi costs 12 dollars. But it costs 20 dollars in the morning. "Respect"... Is this Egypt???

Cleanliness is great
Waterpark are awesome I loved it this place you would enjoy it
Animation team are friendly, they do alot of events everyday and parties
You won’t get bored
Snacks are great for people who don’t get up early for breakfast.
