The hotel looks nice inside, but the service is very bad and very slow. However, the price is not high, so I don't expect good service. The juice in the hotel is especially delicious, and the fries are also delicious!

The hotel service can only be said to be standard service but not sentimental. The villa I booked was assigned to a room at the edge of the hotel. Not only is it far away from the beach, but the sea view is also blocked. I don't understand why the public area environment is good, but the sanitation of the room facilities needs to be improved. Moreover, the layout of the room is unreasonable. The two bedrooms in the villa are very small and combined with this style, it will appear very depressing. Among the three hotels I stayed in in Hurghada, the sand quality of this beach is the worst, gravel + silt type. The hotel staff on horseback are very attitude. Nice beach staff and attitude
