The room was extremely shabby. There was sand all over the bed and quilt. It was so dirty. It had never been cleaned. The bathroom was also extremely dirty. I decided to see the difference between the hotel levels and booked 3 hotels. Regina was average and of course after Arabia resort I realized that I would not agree to such a level anymore. There is no "shine" here, the level of service needs to be diametrically changed - I am talking about the reception.
