Our recent all-inclusive family holiday at this resort left us deeply disappointed, despite a few bright spots. Below is a detailed breakdown of our experience: **1. My family, who are not white, felt consistently ignored, overlooked, and occasionally met with outright rudeness. This pattern of dismissive behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay. While we cannot definitively attribute this to racism, the disparity in how guests of different ethnicities were treated was glaring and unacceptable. **2. Medical Incident and Hidden Charges** A medical visit to the in-house clinic added unnecessary stress. Initially quoted £300 for a basic consultation for my daughter, we argued firmly until the charge was reduced to £100. While we appreciated the eventual resolution, the lack of transparency and attempt to overcharge left a bitter taste. Always verify costs upfront if you need medical assistance here. **3. Repetitive, Average Food with Health Concerns** The dining experience was underwhelming. Meals were repetitive, with limited variety, and the quality was average at best. After consuming seafood from the buffet, multiple family members experienced stomach issues, raising concerns about food safety or freshness. Their efforts to involve guests in activities were commendable and added some joy to an otherwise lackluster stay. **Final Thoughts** While the resort’s amenities and entertainment team had potential, the poor service, racial discomfort, food issues, and noise problems overshadowed any positives. We cannot recommend this resort, particularly to families or travelers of color who deserve to feel respected and valued.
