The Hotel is really nice and the staff are really friendly and make you feel comfortable. The room service does their job really well and when asked they will provide you with extra towels. There are plenty of programs so you will never be bored. The Food is really good and the dine around possibility is very nice for a change of scenery. The beach is very clean and there are plenty of of spots with shade. Overall a very family friendly hotel and a recommendation to everyone who likes some programm while relaxing

Klasse Hotel, einfach schön. Beste Lage am Strand. Cooles Animationsteam. Jeden Abend Unterhaltung und immer wieder tolle Überraschungen wie zum Beispiel Strandfrühstück oder Beachparty mit klasse Spielen oder Betuinenparty. Essen ist erstklassig. Zimmer super.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel...à nouveau à la période de carnaval. Malgré une météo beaucoup plus froide et venteuse que d'habitude, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le lieu est toujours superbe : beaux jardins, plage et vue sur la mer turquoise magnifiques et le personnel attentionné (ils essaient tous de dire quelques mots en français). C'était déjà très bien en 2024 (j'avais mis 4*) mais nous avons remarqué une montée en qualité, en présentation et en choix au niveau de la restauration et du service au restaurant. L'équipe d'animation nous a semblé aussi plus motivée. Top !!! La clientèle est toujours très majoritairement allemande et âgée. La salle de spectacle devrait être rénovée mais, cela n'est pas important pour nous car on n'est pas fans des soirées dans les clubs. A améliorer quand même : 1) Le choix au snack extérieur de midi 2) Trop de musique allemande (par exemple à l'accueil ou à la beach party)...il faudrait des chansons égyptiennes Pour des petits achats (souvenirs, cigarettes,...), vous pouvez allez dans les magasins dehors en face du club : George tient une boutique et parle parfaitement français car il était là déjà quand c'était le club med. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel si nos voyages nous ramènent vers la mer rouge.

Wiederholungstäter, einfach alles super! Animation sehr entspannt, Restaurants sehr lecker Zimmer sind sauber , mehr Brauch es nicht zu sagen. Wir kommen wieder! Sehr zentral gelegen kurzer Transfer vom Flughafen und viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar!
