The hotel must have a single star The food was the worst imaginable in terms of quality and taste. The ceiling at the cooking area and the Pizzeria was black with dirt and oil residue. Always dirty with leftover food at the serving tables. The same dishes every day: Chicken drumstick with the feathers still on, mince steak, the same fish dishes with the same puddings, uncooked and hard vegetables. Often the food was old from previous days. Pastries that were served were often old and very hard. Soft drinks, juice, wine, beer etc. were served at a small kiosk. The amount was huge. The coffee didn't taste like coffee at all. The staff in all places were nice, helpful despite all the shortcomings. The exception was some of the reception staff who were rude and arrogant. The room and bathroom had worn, dirty and broken fittings The swimming pool had some flaws but OK overall The outdoor dining areas had very limited food and drink availability We and many other hotel guests felt that the hotel tried to skimp on everything that hinders the comfort of the customers.

1 star for hotel territory 1 star for employees. The rooms are terrible,the furniture is broken,its smells like cigarettes,everything is dirty.I would definitely not recommend visiting the hotel with small children in the off-season.

Not up to Tauck's usual high standards. Resorts and meals at resorts were excellent. Too much free time. Too many meals not included. Alcohol, wine, and beer not included on almost all included meals. Too much free time. Tauck net the helicopter trip provider went out of business two months earlier but didn't find a replacement. Tauck booked a catamaran trip with an operator with only one boat. The operator didn't check the engines until we were on the boat. After about 50 yards, we returned to dock and the trip was cancelled. DO NOT LET TAUCK MAKE your travel arrangements. Day 12 of the 12 day trip had nothing scheduled. Check out time was noon. We were scheduled to be picked up at 8:30 p.m. fo an 11:30 p.m. flight. What? Probably because Tauck wanted to save on a trip to the airport; we shared the van with another Tauck traveller. There were earlier flights which we later learned when United contacted us about an earlier flight to avoid an impending snowstorm in Philadelphia . We couldn't book it because United couldn't change without an okay from our travel agent, i.e., Tauck. It was after Tauck's office closed and our tour director was no help. By the time we got a Tauck travel agent, she didn't seem to care and said there was no available earlier flight. So, we got to drive through a treacherous snowstorm for 3 1/2 hours. It would have normally been a two hour drive

This hotel is a far cry from its advertised five-star rating, feeling more like a one-star establishment, especially for a solo female traveler. My experience was marred by intimidation and blatant attempts to nickel-and-dime me, including a charge for a towel card I never received and another fee for the basic act of gaining entry to my room after accidentally leaving my key card inside. The food was an absolute disaster; cold, seemingly cooked hours in advance, and utterly unappetizing, with soggy, fat-laden burgers being a prime example. Compounding the issues, even though I was on an all-inclusive package, I was still expected to pay extra for fresh drinks. To add insult to injury, even the hotel's designated taxi drivers engaged in tourist traps, refusing to take me where I requested, instead trying to dictate my itinerary. The dining room itself was a health hazard, with birds freely flying around and pecking at plates, creating an incredibly unhygienic environment. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere; it is not worth the disappointment or the hassle.

This hotel is not even a 2 star hotel.I really don't know how it is posibil to be advertised as a 5 star hotel. The conditions in this hotel are unimaginable. I was completely shocked when I entered in the hotel moreover when i have seen the room.On the corridors you can see lying bed putting the people walking around at risk. The cleaners are using extremely dirty cloths to clean the rooms which I found unacceptable. You can't even imagine how dated are the rooms with broken furniture and dirty linen who has holes in it. The health and safety of the guests is at risk all times in this hotel,because of the lack of hygiene and health and safety from all the points of views. The staff is rude from the reception guy with light grey suits with squares until the restaurant staff and cleaners . I don't know their names as in this hotel the receptions ,front office manager and general manager are not wearing a badge with their names.When I went to talk to the hotel managers regarding my concerns and issues no one was wearing a name badge. They asked me to pay extra to be moved in another hotel Hawaii which I refused.I wouldn't pay even one more pound for a Hawaii Hotel. The restaurant looks like a cantin for homeless people without the bare minimum standards of hygiene. You can't eat or drink anything decent in this hotel. The bartender is serving the drinks in very small plastic cups after throwing them on the floor. I have seen this few times not only once. We ate outside during our stay here every day as I wasn't putting at risk my family healh . I have left the hotel after 3 nights because of extremely poor conditions from all the points of view. Please avoid this hotel!!!!!

This hotel is supposed to be 4-5 star but many things didn’t work out: - shower head broke frist day - mirror for shaving was unstable and could fall off any time -management at reception was not interested to find solutions but wanted me to sign of a non disclosure about me having any problems at the hotel -they had cactus just beside volleyball ground and ppl used privat volleyball which was destroyed after a couple of games. I asked management to either remove the cactus or set up a net - nothing happend. I was witness to at least 6 balls which was destroyed by cactus spikes. -I am vegetarian and asked for vegetarian food with protein- they gave me same food for lunch and dinner for 3 days at a time (white beans with salsa/tomatosaus, or vegetables with some beans) I talked to head chef, reception, General Manager and still nothing happened. I offered to buy tofu myself, but was not allowed to and I offered to make food myself in the kitchen if they didn’t know how to- still nothing happend. - I know they understood me, but they were just not interested to sort things out for a guest supposed to be there for 3 weeks. - a lot of food was going in the garbage as they had no rule or ethics which was implemented to ensure ppl took a little at the time.

Najgorszy hotel , brudno,. Zarazilam sie tam choroba bakteryjna i caly czas się leczę. Nie są stosowane obostrzenia pandemii covid 19. Jedna restauracja czynna a ludzi za dużo. Codzienna walka o widelce, brudno i jak widać po moim przypadku można zarazić się jakimś syfem. Hotel otwarty na tubylców bez testów. Nie polecam! Nigdy więcej! Omijać z daleka. Ponoć zmienił się właściciel hotelu (teraz Egipcjanie) i niestety legł w gruzach porządek i czystość.

Not quite wow.Well ,staff behave as they never saw different beautiful woman in their life. Little bit bothered. Drinks as for all inclusive very poor,plastic cups even in reception bar ,so tragic in there. Food for lunch or breakfast was poor. Do not order never breakfast box for a trip.It's no worth.I add picture below to show how they made breakast for us. Restaurant on the 2nd floor instead serving dishes by turn, they do serve everything in a different turn. Honestly never again.I do not recommend.
