Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna

The lake view is a joke. The lake is just a small bubble. The balcony is blocked by a tree. Like other reviews, there is a certain degree of discrimination, but most of the staff are friendly, although this is what they should do. I wanted to pay extra to upgrade the sea view, but the one we were shown was just a slightly larger bubble. The staff told me that this was the best sea view room, but I didn't upgrade it in the end. The swimming pool is open very late and closes very early. If you want to go to the sea, this hotel is completely unnecessary. The food is not even as good as the 100 yuan buffet in China. You basically eat bread to fill your stomach. We gave a US dollar as a tip for the luggage, but the other couple didn't have change and gave 10 Egyptian pounds, which was a very bad attitude. This kind of thing shouldn't happen to a five-star hotel. It is recommended to pay extra to choose a better all-inclusive hotel, or a regular all-inclusive. If you want to save money or don't have time to stay in the hotel when you go to the sea, just choose a cheap one in the city. It's not convenient to travel here. Finally, we checked in. When we were leaving, the staff was very nice. I forgot to ask his name. When he saw us carrying our luggage, he kept apologizing to me and told me that they should arrange a shuttle bus to pick us up. The staff at the beach and the pool were also very nice. When we wanted to go swimming after the sun went down, the staff at the beach told me that the sea was very dangerous after the sun went down and joked that there would be sharks. The staff at the pool patiently told me that the pool was closed and needed to be disinfected, which would hurt my eyes. Overall, it was really not worth the price.

Hotel location is good, breakfast is good. But the room facilities are really old, especially the sanitation of the bathroom is so-so. As far as five-star hotels are concerned, the price/performance ratio is not high. There are gaps in all aspects of lobby services.

Cudowna obsługa i miły klimat. Dziękujemy za wszystko szczególnie Khalaf Aziz. Mam nadzieję do zobaczenia! Jedzonko smaczne, szczególnie polecamy kanapki i pastę. Obsługa zawsze miła i uśmiechnięta. Zrezygnowaliśmy z obiadów w głównej restauracji na rzecz tego przyjemnego miejsca!

Wunderschöne weitläufige Hotelanlage, Top Zugang zum Strand, tolles Essen, und extrem guter Service. Man wurde hier von jedem freundlich gegrüßt, hat nette Gespräche mit dem Personal geführt und nach ein paar Tagen hatte man schon quasi seine Stammkellner, die genau wussten was man gerne trinkt, was man so unternommen hat und mit denen man sich gut unterhalten hat. Besonderes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an Mahmoud Nasr & Mohammed Latef (ich hoffe das ist richtig geschrieben :)), wir haben uns wirklich rundum umsorgt und wohl gefühlt, ihr seid super!! :) Ein weiteres Highlight war für uns auch der Schnorcheltrip, den wir direkt mit der Tauchschule am Hotel gemacht haben. Und auch ohne Ausflug sieht man am kleinen Riff am Steg von Zeytouna Beach schon ein paar exotische Fische und Korallen. Wir sind extrem happy und entspannt aus diesem Urlaub zurückgekommen und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
