Indeed I enjoyed every day and night at the Captain Inn,,, I experienced the excellent hospitality service provided by the staff even before arriving at the Inn,,, during reservation, Mr Farid, explained available rooms and helped me select what I later realised was the most appropriate room, the warm welcome and fast check-in by Mr Shenuda at the FO, Waiters at Steak House, Alaa, Sherif, Trainees Nancy and Anas, provided examplerary service always with a smile HK, Korashi, Haytham, Easa kept my room clean,,, all staff contributed one way or another in making my stay a memorable one,,, will definitely select the Inn during my upcoming visit to Gouna.

The room is very clean and cozy. The decor of the room is really nice .The location is only few steps from the marina. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is very good and varied. The price is very reasonable compared to the quality provided.

We had a great time and the Hotel including the staff and the service is more than satisfing. It’s dircetly on the Marine … so the location is perfect. The breakfast is so delicious and the staff are more than helful and friendly. We got free access to the beach and everyday fresh beach towels. We definitly recomend it.

The Captain's Inn is a comfortable hotel in El Gouna. We stayed for 8 nights. The bed's and the room are good. Housekeeping is friendly and neatly. There is an comprehensive breakfast with hot and cold choices. The shower is not the strongest in the world but it is warm. The hotel is situated in a bay with lot's of restaurants and some shops.

The place is very nice in the heart of Marina El Gouna where you can find many good restaurants and a lot of activities. very cheerful place the reception guys were very polite and very helpful definitely will come back and the hotel is highly recommended
