Everything was great except the service by the pool was extremely slow. I enjoyed the beautiful spa and service offered.

overall, it was a nice stay with a relaxing mood, looking forward for the next visit however, entertainment activities were very poor also food quality is less than the expectations especially salad, cheese types ... staff @ restaurant were friendly and very helpful like Zaki , Ali @ bar

We had such a wonderful trip! the hotel staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special. From Mr. Medhat and executive chef Ismail to Irine in the spa and the effective man Yasser, it’s clear that they made a big impact on our vacation. And thanks to the lovely manager in the restaurant who contributed to making my family’s breakfasts enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your experiences, I hope to return soon for another amazing getaway! By the way we went two times during August every time 5 to 6 days.
