Super recommended hotel, highly recommended to everyone. There are not many Chinese people who meet here. Our two families booked two rooms. The friend arrived late and upgraded the small suite with sea view. It was at the top of the accommodation area and the scenery was invincible. This hotel has its own unique trestle bridge and pier deep into the Red Sea. You can go to the sea and snorkel directly there, and then eat directly at the restaurant there at noon. Dining on the edge of the swimming pool in the evening, the dining is very good, all is free! The facilities in the room are also very good and the living is very comfortable. Come to Hurghada, it really takes three nights to stay. We stayed for two nights and we didn't stay enough when we left.

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

As a Red Sea resort hotel, it has basically everything it should have, but it is only basic. One thing to say is that the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. Environment: The location is good, close to the city center and the airport. It is convenient to go out if you don’t think the hotel is enough. There are many restaurants on foot. You can also take an Uber to the city center. All Inclusive Package: The all-inclusive room is booked, and several meals and drinks are free to drink, but unlike other resort hotels that require guests to wear wristbands, you need to report the room number to register when ordering drinks, which is a bit troublesome, but not much. The main restaurant buffet is standard. Anyway, the main cost-effectiveness is still good for a few full meals. There is an ice bucket at the breakfast beverage counter, and you can get ice cubes by yourself. It is very friendly to ice drinkers, which is rarely seen before. The price of in-room dining is also very reasonable, and the overall paid dining is not expensive, so you can give it a try. Service: The service is still very good, whether it is check-in and check-out or dining or room service, it feels quite professional. I didn’t find many people avoiding thunder and saying that they discriminate against Chinese or Asians 😅, and no one asked you for tips, and they would be very happy if you gave some.

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

The hotel is stylish/beautiful/quiet, and there are many activities. Foreigners come here with their children for vacation. The cost is not cheap, and it includes three meals a day, so it’s worth it! I stayed with a group for a few days and then extended my stay for another day. The price tripled on New Year's Eve. I was exhausted after a day at sea. When I came back for dinner, I was not allowed in. I was told to go back to the room to find the invitation card... The whole New Year's Eve event was not good.

First of all, I would like to note that I often stay at Steigenberger hotels, so I have something to compare with. At the moment, I am at the hotel and my only desire is to leave it as soon as possible... so far this is the worst Steigenberger I have been to. I will start with the pros: 1. The hotel has a fairly pleasant territory and beautiful views of the canals. 2. The rooms are rather average... despite the fact that the hotel is new, the rooms already require renovation or at least cleaning of the furniture and walls. 3. A large TV in the room, if this is important to anyone. This is where the pros end and then the cons begin: 1. The food is bad, average at best, not Steigenberger level, worse than in Steigenberger Makadi and significantly worse than in Steigenberger Alaya. Low quality of food, no fruit, tasteless desserts, etc. 2. A very strange practice - water in the hotel is for extra charge. No, not bottled, not mineral... regular filtered water in a jug. Selling filtered water to guests of a five-star hotel for money is the height of greed. And it's not even about the price... it's just inconvenient, you need to call the waiter and sign the bill just if you want a glass of water. 3. Extremely unfriendly staff, very inattentive waiters... be prepared to clear your plates by yourself at breakfast or dinner so that there is at least a little space on the table, because the waiters will not do this. 4. The hotel has no beach on the sea, only a mini beach on the canal. Supposedly there is some kind of partner beach on the sea, where you can get by taxi at your own expense, but no one could explain where it is and how it works. 5. A small useless gym that is open until 19.00! 6. ”Golf” in the name of the hotel means nothing, the golf course nearby is not part of the hotel structure and does not provide any special prices or conditions for hotel guests 7. Once again, I will note the unfriendly staff. 8. This is not very important to me, but there is nothing to do in the hotel. So if it is important to you that the hotel has entertainment - there is none here. 9. The spa in the hotel is only outside the territory (not part of the hotel) very unreasonably expensive ... the price of accommodation does not even include a sauna. 10. Room service and reception, which cannot be reached from the room by phone, just nobody answers... Extremely disappointed with the hotel, although I used to think that Steigenberger is a sign of quality. In the end, this hotel has a very bad combination of inflated prices and low quality, I do not recommend it.

The all-inclusive price is different from the breakfast-only price. Chinese meals are 200 Egyptian pounds per person, and dinners are 300 Egyptian pounds per person. There are also supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. . The internal facilities of the hotel can only be described in a simple way. It may be environmentally friendly. In addition to providing cups, bath towels, hand soap, body soap, hair dryer, free mineral water, slippers, etc., you must bring your own. It used to be very cold during the day and night in December. Wearing a cashmere sweater was not hot. During the day, the sun came out slightly warmer, and it was relatively hot at noon. It was too cold for children to enter the water and go out to sea.

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!
