房間內衞生間拐角很臟，走廊裏還有很難聞的味道，酒店退房時亂收費，從酒店前台工作人員到酒店經理服務態度都極差，甚至某管理人員還出言無狀，動手推搡顧客，諮詢疑問時前台各種踢皮球，言語含糊，多次都無法解釋清楚消費詳單，酒店的做法嚴重的違法了消費者權益保護法。
