出差至霍爾果斯，入住了這家酒店，體驗相當不錯。抵達酒店時，前台小姐姐展現出了極高的專業素養。儘管當時沒有普通空房，她卻貼心地為我免費升級到了套房，着實令人驚喜。套房空間寬敞，環境宜人，配置堪稱豪華。除了常規的一次性用具，還配備了獨立包裝的沐浴露、洗髮露，甚至連刮鬍刀都考慮周全，細節之處盡顯用心。房間佈局精巧，設計感十足，每一處都透露着精緻，在同價位酒店中，性價比非常突出。不過，酒店周邊環境存在一些小瑕疵。偶爾在半夜會聽到有外國友人（當地習慣稱“**”喝酒後的喧鬧聲，對睡眠質量稍有影響。另外，附近交通便利性欠佳，打車不太容易，有時需要等待較長時間。但總體而言，瑕不掩瑜。這家酒店的優質服務與高性價比給我留下了深刻印象。若再次來霍爾果斯出差，我依然會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏，也誠心將其推薦給各位有出行需求的朋友。

上一任客人走的垃圾還在廁所垃圾桶裏，床單上，沙發上都有污漬類似於咖啡之類的咖啡色印記。床單上有毛髮，廁所洗臉池及大理石枱麪發黴，有毛髮。兩點是酒店很新，房間夠大，設施不錯。但是衞生情況確實堪憂，洗澡水也不熱

前台工作人員，服務態度極差，問個問題一個個的不耐煩翻白眼，誰欠她們幾百萬一樣，服務行業做的就是服務，入住酒店首先對接的就是前台工作人員，沒有帶來好的入住體驗，不説熱情還對你自己大聲説話，非常差
