酒店後面停車免費，但是我們去的時候路上被施工材料堵了又不想繞路，就停在酒店前頭，一晚10元還能接受。外賣可以送上樓。給了間能看到國境線方向的屋子、這景就值回房費了！！比隔壁霍城性價比高多了！！！房間又敞亮又乾淨，強烈推薦到了霍爾果斯來住一下這家能看見哈薩克斯坦的高層酒店！

住酒店一般不給差 ，但這家酒店性價比很低，有甲醛味，還有異味，不衹是是下水的味道還是衞生沒有處理好的味道…我不知道是不是去的晚，在新疆的晚上9點多一點，應該不是很晚的了，前台愛搭不理，感覺很差；
第一，整體住下來一晚，沒咋睡覺，給我安排住在16樓，隔音效果非常差，一晚上都有人走來走去、喧嘩…
第二、衞生做的真的很一般，面盆上有遺留的客人發毛，茶吧枱上有殘留的零食的碎渣，
第三，洗澡時沒有找到洗髮水，瓷磚地板較滑；
裝修選材上用的都是很一般材料，滿滿的甲醛味，樓道較為空洞，對於我一個女士來説特別沒有安全感，也沒有專用電梯；就是一家廉價的賓館，沒想明白怎麼起的國際酒店[捂臉]
住一晚下來感覺很不好，早晨早早的就退房了

酒店非常的好房間很大，離霍爾果斯自由貿易實驗區非常的近，入住時急着去辦邊防通行證，辦上邊防通行證就直接去免税區買了很多東西，回到酒店晚了人也累的直接躺下了，沒顧得上拍幾張酒店房間的照片。當時辦入住給前台説不要最裡麪靠頭和靠馬路方向的房間，結果上去還是安排到最裡麪靠頭的房間了，本來想去前台換房的，想想先進去看看房間在説，進房間後發現還挺好，不僅安靜還能看到對面哈薩克斯坦的邊境分界線。尤其是我媳婦在外住酒店，對住宿環境衞生很挑剔的，看到房間那麼乾淨非常滿意。雖然房間在17樓，但洗澡水出熱水很快，馬桶是輕智能的，唯一不足的地方不提供早餐，退房掃酒店二維碼免停車費。

酒店前台服務態度特別好辦理入住速度快，酒店風格好，大廳還有24小時小商品便利店，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，空調和網絡也很給力，客房服務員熱情還介紹了周邊五代國門購物，值得入住，下次還會再入住這家酒店。

房間很大，辦證方便，不用動車就可以到國門和合作中心，也沒有開車的必要，基本上在景區裏面，旁邊購物方便，推薦酒店旁邊的早餐和特色新疆菜，屬於地標性的建築，可以推薦！
