酒店是很老式的星級酒店，離城區較遠，但停車方便，外賣也能到，挺好的。

入住時告知我們的房型沒有了。幫我們免費升級了。酒店環境還行。但是後面是物流廠。隔壁是假日酒店（這倆是一家）。位置相對偏僻，離新國門很近一點，我真的覺得床墊很不錯😌我很喜歡！早餐味道也還不錯，我覺得我定的價格對於服務和環境是ok的。
但是基於它説自己是五星酒店的前提。問題還挺多的，衞生打掃的不是很乾凈，酒店馬桶沒有密封膠，會反臭。浴室門有膠條脱落，吹風機有點老吹的不是很快。酒店內沒有洗衣房和烘乾機。如果要使用得去隔壁假日酒店的洗衣機和烘乾箱，而且晚上8點左右打電話問的時候説都下班了就剩前台了而且沒有送洗服務！（它説自己是五星）。
國門挺好看的。連結通道衹有進門的時候有敞篷觀光車。哈薩克斯坦那邊説是6月才有觀光車車，現在衹有私家車的那種攬客（10塊錢一個人）。
