Facilities: Complete facilities, humidifier in the room
Hygiene: The sanitation is also very clean. The shower room and toilet are on both sides, but the door is a bit transparent.
Environment: The hotel lobby is spacious, far away from the busiest pedestrian street, but close to the highway, very quiet
Service: The beautiful lady at the front desk provided very good service. She even asked for mineral water and happily gave it to her after asking. Thumbs up.
The only drawback is that the room air conditioner cools down very slowly. It is very hot during the day in Horgos. It is set at 16 degrees but the wind blows like 26 or 27 degrees. It is recommended to check it.

This stay was perfect! From the warm reception at the front desk to the thoughtful service in the guest room. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. Living here is as comfortable as being at home. The front desk also gave us a welcome fruit plate and the hotel's aromatherapy tablets (which smelled great) when we checked in. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel!

This is my first time staying at Horgos Hotel. The location is convenient. It is in the center and convenient to go anywhere. The hotel environment is also good, better than I expected. The room is very clean. Xinjiang yogurt and dried fruits are given every day.

The hotel still has a bit of smell, no breakfast, and a fat waiter with a very bad attitude asked us to cancel the Ctrip room and buy a new one at the front desk. Asked if we didn't want to cooperate with Ctrip, the answer was: yes. Later, a person came to mediate and solved the problem. The fat girl immediately said, give a good review. I was also drunk. Hotels in Horgos are really bad. We initially booked a designer hotel, the lobby was on the 12th floor, there was only one elevator, we didn't even wait for ten minutes, the door was under renovation, it was a mess, I checked out with my elders and came to Vienna, but they insisted on not refunding. The free check-out time was 20:00, I called at 20:30, and they still deducted 20% in the end. I can't comment on it yet, but I'll just say it here to avoid disappointment. The overall quality of the Vienna chain is still good

The front desk staff had a very good attitude. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they came over to help deliver it to the room. They also upgraded the room type for free. I give them a thumbs up👍. Arrived at the hotel with two kids and a carload of luggage! There are no security guards or doormen in the lobby to greet and unload the car! The front desk told me that I had to push the luggage cart to unload the car myself. Ok, I can tolerate this! Later, there was a misunderstanding due to Ctrip's order issue. The beautiful lady at the front desk was unhappy throughout the whole process and had no smile! When I got to the room, I felt it was ok, but then I found that there was a problem with the shower head. After contacting them several times, it was solved. I was originally heading for the guest house, but ended up staying at the worst guest house. Please remove the word ”ying” and call it Horgos Hotel, which is more realistic. Thank you! (It was too late and I had to take a bath with my child, so I didn’t take any pictures. Sorry!)

However, when we arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the evening, the front desk said that we would be upgraded to a family room with light and shadow. But after moving in, I found that there was no washing machine or refrigerator, and it kept leaking when it rained😓
