The beautiful lady at the front desk was unhappy throughout the whole process and had no smile! When I got to the room, I felt it was ok, but then I found that there was a problem with the shower head. After contacting them several times, it was solved. I was originally heading for the guest house, but ended up staying at the worst guest house. Please remove the word ”ying” and call it Horgos Hotel, which is more realistic. Thank you!
