This property is magical. It offers a serene, tranquil, and beautiful environment to relax. The beach is amazing. The entire property is peaceful, charming, and welcoming. The staff is professional and incredibly attentive. It is truly wonderful and just what we needed after a week vacationing in Merida. Kudos to the staff for making this such an incredible experience.

Excelente ubicación
La experiencia fue maravillosa, ubicación bonita, comida deliciosa, atención en general excelente, sin embargo por el costo del hotel los blancos (específicamente toallas piscina/playa) estaban viejas y machadas. Fui a festejar mi cumpleaños y no me preguntaron si festejaba algo en especial, me hubiera gustado me lo preguntaran y al menos un detalle en el desayuno o en la habitación como en otros hoteles del mismo costo. Por todo lo demás fue una estancia agradable.

Este pequeño hotel es una belleza. Las habitaciones decoradas con baste gusto, amplias y cómodas pero al parecer no les hacen mantenimiento, el primer día no tenía agua caliente y el segundo no tenía agua del todo. La parte de atrás de la cama estaba llena de telarañas. Si bien el desayuno está incluido, es un servicio a la carta, ( o jugo o café no incluyen las dos opciones, deseas un 2 café ( americano) tendrás que pagar por el) Si llueve durante tu estancia NO tendrás internet y estarás incomunicada ya que el teléfono de la habitación funciona con wifi y este se va durante la lluvia. A pesar de lo mencionado, quiero agradecer a los colaboradores del hotel por intentar dar solución a los percances.

Además de que está lejísimos … Fuimos porque nuestra amiga estaba ahí hospedada , igual preguntamos si había daypass súper caro casi casi no quieren gente pasamos por nuestra amiga no nos dejaron ni pasar al lobby del hotel SÚPER MAL SERVICIO GROSEROS NO SABEN DE SERVICIO MUY MAL NO VAYAN
