Great location. Didn’t have to drive anything all weekend. Hotel needs some remodeling but nothing that caused me to want to give a bad review or felt like I didn’t get my money worth.

The hotel was super nice! The biggest two things that stood out was first the customer service was u matched!! As soon as you walk in the door your greeted with a smiling face and everyone was very accommodating and happy to help or guide in anyway possible! Number two the smell was absolutely by far the best! The entire hotel smelled so good!! The rooms were very nice and cleaned. The beds were super comfy! And the indoor/outdoor pool/hot tub was a plus for the kids! Will definitely be back again!

I typically stay with Hilton or Hyatt brand as I have found those to stay consistent in quality. However, I chose to give the Westin a chance for location. Incredibly disappointed to find many of the reviews I read were correct regarding how dirty the rooms were. However, what I was not expecting is food crumbs in corners and baseboards, missing electric outlet covers, broken shower heads, and no cover for mattress only a dirty soiled pad covered in body hair, as well as the coffee area dirty with body hairs on the napkin.

The Westin Huntsville is a beautiful hotel with immaculate grounds, lobby, and hallways—everything felt very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate. The beds were amazing—cozy bedding, downy pillows, and a great night’s sleep! However, during my stay, something fell under the bathroom sink (which is open underneath), and when I reached to retrieve it, I noticed the area was filthy—clearly missed by housekeeping. I wish I had mentioned it at the time, as it didn’t reflect the high standards I usually expect from the Westin brand. My daughters and I enjoyed breakfast at Sage Grill before checking out. It wasn't complimentary ($18 per person), but the spread had great variety and was well done. All in all, it’s a gorgeous and relaxing place to stay, though a bit pricey for just one night. A little more attention to detail in room cleaning would make it five stars.

The staff is excellent! The restaurant food is great!! Every aspect of staying at The Westin Hotel in Huntsville Alabama is second to none. I really enjoy my seven year old nephew being impressed by the hotel property.

The property itself is nice, and convenient to shopping and dining. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the bathrooms were not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. There was hair in the shower, assuming from the previous guest which made me question the cleanliness of the whole room.
