Located in the downtown area. Pleasantly surprised being a downtown hotel that parking is free. Parking is a little odd. There is a large parking ramp within steps of the hotel. Only a hand full of spots are reserved for hotel guests on the first floor. The remaining spots (which are many) are for the Publix grocery store. If none are available, you have to park on the second or third floor. Never saw an elevator so we had to walk down the ramp to get to the front entrance of the hotel. Few restaurants and a grocery store are in easy walking distance. At check in Alyssa was very welcoming, friendly and bubbly. She certainly made are stay extra special. She always greeted us when we exited or returned to the hotel! Our suite was fairly clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower/tub however was in need of some repair. The faucet handle was extremely loose almost falling off, making it difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. The shower head was old and could be updated. Breakfast had some nice choices with comfortable seating. Outdoor pool was inviting. Only received housekeeping services every other day, did not care for that. By day two, the dirty towels certainly piled up (gross).
