Homewood Suites by Hilton Huntsville Downtown

Service was great! The person who checked us in was very kind and accommodating! The room was great and clean! The breakfast was a little disappointing, the cook not being at fault. IMO the food was very low budget. Try using real eggs versus liquid or powder eggs. The sausage didn’t taste real. Try adding bacon and breakfast potatoes. I went early and there were no cereal bowls available. The breakfast staff were AMAZINGLY nice! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend and return! Definitely a hidden gem⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff are most helpful and polite. They were so kind when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the overall location was very safe. Would definitely return. 10/10!

What was great: food service staff. Kind, nice, helpful with a smile. Breakfast options were sufficient for anyone to find at least something. What was terrible: both suites I booked had issue with bathrooms. Both had dirty showers with hair on walls and floor. One of our rooms had shower that was leaking from everywhere possible so there was no pressure and water wouldn't drain. I called front desk and was told that maintenance people leave at 5PM so nothing can be done at that time. Not impressed.

Our room was very nice, and the bathroom had great lighting, and the height of the sink was a good height (I'm 6'1"). The gym was excellent and a real bonus, particularly with the included earbuds. There were some minor issues. The slightly confusing parking garage is shared with the Publix grocery store. The shower water pressure was weak. There was only one working elevator, and it was painfully slow. Both the washer and dryer (2 each) cost $1.50 per load. I can't comment on the breakfast, because I ate off-site. Overall, a positive experience. There are dining options right outside the hotel, so you don't need to drive if you don't want to.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was great, especially at breakfast. Area had a couple of restaurants. We had dogs and there was a nice area in the back for quick potty breaks

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good. There is very limited parking for hotel guests.
