First room we were given smelled awful. Took a long time to get anyone at front desk. They moved us to a new room across the hall. Horrible smell through the entire hotel. Both rooms had old food in them. Noise level was awful as I am writing this at 1am while staying here. Can not get front desk to answer phone for noise complaint. Woke my kids up. Toilet did not flush properly. Later in the evening they tried to room other people in room we were first in and they did not even clean it after us and there was still trash(including soiled diaper) in that room. Those people asked for another room and ended up next to us and have been a noise issue most of the evening. In Short this is the worst hotel I have ever been to.

An overwhelming chemical odor greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby. It was so overpowering. I had to ask the front desk clerk what it was. Some type of air freshener smelled like dry cleaning fluid. The floors were filthy - carpets stained with visible soiling and the elevator rivaled that of an urban outside parking garage. . The “queen” beds were not even full size and the room had a different but equally stifling odor. We did not stay.

The TV stopped working in the middle of the night so I couldn’t go to sleep. The concierge tried to fix it to no avail. Also , there was no do nothing disturb sign for me to put out, so the maid woke me with her key pounding in the door!!!! The kids across the hall raised hell from 4- 6 am. I didn’t report l for fear of the concierge’s safety as they were loud and violent !!

We will definitely stay again due to the perfect location, the warmth/friendliness of the staff as well as the hotel and its surroundings.
You can’t go wrong with this hotel selection.
