I am a Hilton Honors Member. I was visiting my Son and family with my youngest Son on July 18 -21 2025. I booked the Governors Suite so there would plenty of room for the 5 of us. We paid a lot of money for this suite. This was the absolute worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty ( found out later it was Never cleaned before we checked in!) Coffee pot along with several outlets did not work. They did address this in a timely manner although should not have had the issue to begin with. Pull out couch did not lay completely flat . Carpet coming up in areas. Found two dead bugs, hairs on what were supposed to be clean wash clothes. Majorly outdated and musty smelling. We were offered another room, a 2 bedroom suite. It was some better and we appreciated it! It was cleaner but still areas that were not clean, bathroom doors, walls. Both front room windows were leaking during a storm. So beware! This property does not update nor is it kept clean. This entire property brings shame to the Hilton brand.

Over the years, I have stayed here may times because of the location and the quality of the hotel. The rooms are always very clean as is the bathroom and the common areas. The staff is also first class, regularly asking what they can do to improve my stay. Anytime I'm in the area I will continue to stay here.

Check in was complicated. Valet parking takes forever to get your vehicle, felt like I didn’t have access even just to get something out of my car. Meal was supposed to be included, they charged me separately for it. The area around is convenient for some shopping and dining and I was able to get DoorDash but the hotel itself everything seemed complicated, took a long time and was overpriced. Wouldn’t stay here again.
