I paid for a Superior King room for myself & my partner for a Saturday night getaway - we are both tall people and need a large bed to sleep comfortably. When we arrived at our room - it had two double beds instead. I called the front desk from the room to check on the "mistake" & was told I had to go back down to the lobby to speak with the manager. When I arrived at the lobby & spoke to the manager, he acted like I should be grateful because they supposedly "upgraded" my room to a "partial sea view" - I told him I wanted what I paid for, and that I came for a king bed not a view. He told me there were "no king beds available" and offered to take $92 dollars off my $750 dollar/night room. The entire time I was at the hotel muscle cars & Harley motorcycles were endlessly driving past the hotel creating constant & obnoxious noise pollution - it was so constant that the sound literally woke me up the next morning. To top it off, the valet was so backed up when I tried to leave the next morning that I ended up standing outside & waiting over 30 minutes for my vehicle. I will not be returning to this hotel.

If you want to be “seen”, if you want to feel valued stay at this resort. As a professional traveler, literally stay in a different hotel every week I had the most amazing experience. In particular, Dani (at the front desk”, and Barbara, made me feel as if I owned the hotel. Very attentive to just the smallest request and generous when wasn’t given (kindness, support). This resort will be THE spot for both my professional and personal travels when I return to Huntington Beach! Thank you for setting standards and not operating under others.

The room was infested with bugs and ants. When I brought it to the attention of the manager…he got angry at me and told me to leave or he’d call the police!!!! When I explained that I wanted a refund to stay somewhere else, he tried to negotiate with me??? I don’t get it but would never stay there again and that manager should be fired.

Jessica at the front desk was flawless upon check in. She went above and beyond. Was extremely patient. I’m impressed. Watching her with other customers when I had to come back, she was the same with everyone, a real pleasure to work with. The room was very clean and an added bonus if you get a free bottle of wine, which was delicious. You also get free boxed water, which I love as opposed to plastic..

This was the most wonderful stay I've ever experienced. Every single detail was perfect. The hotel offers everything you need without ever needing to leave such as 2 restaurants, cafe, a spa, pool, pool chairs, and cozy/beautiful lobby. The room is so wonderfully thought-out including things like robes/slippers, makeup remover/wipe, a dirty clothes bag, beach umbrella, etc. We stayed in an ocean view king room and the views of Hunnington beach were unbeatable, and the room was a perfect size for a couple such as us. We received the highest level of customer service, especially from staff members Timothy F, Clay, and Rondi. Pasea truly made our 2-year anniversary so memorable and special. We absolutely cannot wait to come back and were definitley sad to go!!

I would highly recommend the Spa at the Pasea Hotel in Huntington Beach. I used their Spa recently and the Reception was amazing. My experience was just absolutely wonderful and felt like a celebrity. Haley was the one who gave me the massage. She did a wonderful job and she's so friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. Barbara who brought the lunch did an amazing service as well. She went above and beyond. If you want an experience that you will not forget and feel like celebrity, I highly recommend that you use their services.

It was fantastic in one word, Everything was good, the welcome at the valet, the man (forget his name) showed everything where everything was, the pool, restaurant, rooftop. in the room he explained everything. everything was also super clean. The Treehouse lounge was wonderful to watch the sunset in the evening with a cocktail😜. definitely worth repeating

Paséa was an amazing stay! The staff was delightful and friendly. The rooms were luxurious and cozy. The restaurant Lorea was extremely good and the wait staff was 5 star! I visited the spa as well had a facial and an Ocean Devotion massage it was so relaxing, the women’s locker room has a dry and wet sauna as well as a jacuzzi tub! Our room was ocean view and each night the turn down service was a great touch! I’d stay there 10x over!!!
