Close to customers, quiet environment. Far from the airport, not very convenient surrounding facilities. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and the front desk service is good. Complaints: no free mineral water in the room, and basically nothing to eat for breakfast.

We needed an couple of nights awaiting an international flight from Charlotte and this was in a familiar area providing everything we needed. New, clean, quiet and located on a quiet street. Nice room arrangement and setting for our stay.

We had a king suite. The room was arranged in a unique way that other hotels should follow. The bathroom had a pleasing new look to it. Our room overlooked a lake, had a nice bed and an adequate breakfast with plenty of seating. Overall we were very pleased.
