Waited all afternoon for mobile key. Then after 430 decided just to go to the hotel. Waited at counter for 10 min before someone appeared. Told me mobile key system was bad and they forgot to do mine. Hotel is an older refurbished property and room had a weird smell. People hanging out in front if hotel til midnight. Breakfast buffet was similar non caring attitude. And not normally free. Tho because of my issues they gave me it for free. Room was tiny. Suggest you stay at a Hampton.

Caught the "Manager" sneaking into my room at 0750am. Denied it first then said the door was open. The door was not open. Then admitted by mistake she did the something earlier that morning at 0318am to another guest.

This hotel is 100% miss managed. We have been asking for fresh towels for two days and nothing. We have asked to have our room cleaned 10xs and nothing. Don't stay at this Four Points at Lake Norman!! There are other limited-service hotels in the area that dwell there.

Stayed here 4 years ago and it was fine. Things have changed. The room may have looked clean, but did not feel clean. Trash in the information display in the room. No lid to the ice bucket. Pillows are beyond flat. Hairdryer missing. Asked for replacement, but there were not to be had. Stairwells and side entries dirty. Will not stay here again.
