The room was impecable. Showers were warm, bed was comfy. Towels and linens were clean. Will definitely be back. 100% recommend. Only tiny downside. No breakfast. But that’s ok

Just returned from a weekend and all I can say is it was FABULOUS!!! From Alyssa at the Front Desk, who was so helpful, to the nice Chef and Bar mixer, Arlo, the Tavern was great for a quick bite and delicious as well as super convenient. The lady's who maintain the rooms were so friendly and our room was spotless which is the MOST important thing to me. We had a balcony room with view of the mountains that was spectacular and even more beautiful if you come in the Fall. This is our 2nd stay here, once before the renovations and now after. Both times were wonderful but the renovations have brought this Lodge to new heights! Very simple, yet elegant and everything you could possibly need is nearby. We will definitely return in the Fall.

Beautiful area to stay! Enjoyed dinner at the Hunter Brewery, playing outside in the gorgeous grounds of the hotel and the spacious rooms were a hit with the kids. Highly recommend the mountain loft rooms!

The room was wonderful it clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.The grounds was nice. The food was very good so were the drinks.check in and check out were very easy. The convenience of having the app to open your room door was very good and easy to use.

We had a very good stay here over Memorial Day weekend. Our room, with a king bed in the loft, was spacious, immaculate, and had good quality finishes. We found the bed too soft, but others might like it. Room lighting too dim at night, but bedside lamps were good. The vibe of the hotel was mellow, unpretentious, family-friendly. We could hear the children in the room next door, but your mileage may vary. Breakfast was basic but adequate for our needs (bagels, yogurt, fruit). Lovely fire pit out back. Great value for the spacious room and location.

The rooms are wonderful, very clean. Love the lounge area and area behind the hotel with a fire pit and views of the mountains. The free breakfast was very good and we enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace while eating. We will definitely come back during ski season. Perfect location close to Hunter ski area. Also close to the Hunter Brewery and other restaurants in town.

Cheap renovation done at the hotel with no attention to detail, really lipstick on a pig kind of stuff. Terrible customer service, zero stars for customer service and 2 stars for the room so that leaves it as 1 star. Customer service isn’t really that hard if you actually care, being a hotel chain you are in the customer service industry so this would seem to be I Portant and something you should care about. Never again would I consider staying at any property they are associated with.

Very relaxing and the staff if great. Great little tavern with fresh food! The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Beautiful location in the Catskills and a perfect place to spend a couple of days! A lot to do in the area and plenary of trails to hike!
