I’m writing this as it approaches 1am. Be warned- there is a courtyard at the front of the building and if the front desk staff allows guests to party there it echos to all the upper floors. After MULTIPLE calls to desk starting at midnight was told to “give them more time” and then was lied to and told the guests had dispersed. I could clearly see out window that they were still there. It’s a VERY loud hotel and the overnight front desk staff is not equipped to ensure their own noise policies are actually implemented. It is so loud my cell phone video picked up five floors up and through closed windows.

I stayed here for a few nights. The location is very conveniently located. It is easy to get to from the highway, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is in a business park and felt pretty safe. There is a light rail station just a few steps from the hotel, which was huge plus for me going back and forth between downtown and the hotel. It's about a 45 minute train ride downtown (each way). The staff were very friendly and accommodated my early check in request. My room was clean and quiet, but occasionally smoke from the exterior door near my room would waft in. Also, the bathtub drained extremely slow. I didn't report either issue to staff. The pool was nice, clean, and appeared well maintained. The breakfast was standard. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Baltimore area.

We had to get new sheets because there were small blood stains when we went to go to bed. The fact that my husband had to go down and get them instead of them offering bringing them up wasn't ideal. Mike was great. From check in to a mid stay check out recheck in so we could stay in the same room he was super helpful. We were definitely disappointed that the pool was not open even though when we checked the website it said it was. We were able to snag breakfast a few minutes late one day when we had an early soccer game and got back to the hotel just as they were getting ready to close and appreciated them letting us do that. Overall a great stay. Wouldn't not stay again due to minor inconveniences We faced. We would definitely use them again if we had to stay in the area.

Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint is that we booked the hotel after looking to make sure there was a pool and it was closed. Wish this would have been accurately stated on the website.
