There was a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee. I loved whole grains, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and corn. There was plenty of protein such as milk, yogurt, eggs, chicken legs, etc. There were fresh vegetables and fruits. I think this is a healthier diet, which is in line with our family's appetite and will not cause a burden due to overeating. It's great!
