Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Fernblick. Der Empfang und auch der Service beim Abendessen waren sehr nett. Das mehrheitlich jüngere Servicepersonal leistet sehr gute Arbeit und dies stets freundlich, mit einem lächeln. Das Essen war einwandfrei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Leider eher durchschnittliches Essen und chaotisches Personal. Die Vorspeise…Carpaccio war sehr geschmacksneutral…und sehr hart, da sie gefroren serviert wurde. Es war so kalt und hart, dass man es kaum essen konnte. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, wurde nur gesagt, einfach stehen lassen, dass taut schon auf. Das habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Man bestellt sich ja eine Vorspeise als Vorspeise und nicht, damit man sie mit dem Hauptgang zusammen isst. Nach dem abtauen, war es nur noch eine einzige pampe…wirklich ungenießbar. Der Hauptgang war i.O. Das Rinderfilet war gut gebraten, der Rest eher zu lange gebraten. Wir bekamen 3 Getränke, die wir nicht bestellt hatten. Und wenn wir was bestellt hatten, kam nichts…absolut chaotisch und unkoordiniert. Personal auch nicht wirklich bemüht. Immer wieder kamen Rückfragen, wer was bestellt hat und dann kam doch nichts…ich war wirklich enttäuscht und werde zum Essen nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Wir haben in diesem Restaurant sehr gut gegessen. Der Spritz hat geschmeckt. Das Rohkostbuffet war super, das war eine gute Überraschung und der Cordon Bleu hat geschmeckt, obwohl ich auf etwas mehr Käse gewartet hätte. Ich empfehle es.

Very clean, good breakfast and very nice staff. Very good price quality. My son and I stayed one night as a stopover for the night. We arrived late so can't rate the restaurant. The restaurant has a great view as it located high in the village and you look out over the valley and hills and towns
