Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios que puedes encontrar en toda la zona sur. Fuimos a Madrid de excursión con la familia a Madrid y lo pasamos muy bien, la estancia perfecta, el personal super educado y nos ayudaron en todo, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, de lo mas limpio que hemos visto, y el precio superasequible para Madrid. No hay duda que volveremos.

Fuimos para visitar Madrid, está bien comunicado tiene renfe directa. Hotel con encanto, los recepcionistas muy amables , respecto a la limpieza muy buena para los comentarios que habíamos visto . Nos ofrecieron poder desayunar allí y la verdad que genial.

Viaje por trabajo, encontré este hotel de casualidad porque hubo un evento en Madrid y estaban todos los hoteles de Madrid centro completos. Volveré cuando me destinen de nuevo. El personal fue muy atento y profesional desde recepción a limpieza.

Nos quedaba cerca de la Warner y a unos 30 min. de Madrid centro, había suficiente sitio para aparcar, el personal dispuesto y amable. La limpieza inmejorable, el desayuno tenía todo lo necesario, haciendo la reserva directamente con el hotel nos lo regalaron. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The owner and staff are complete liars, and the entire place is a scam! They promise services they don’t deliver, the rooms are dirty, and nothing looks like the pictures online. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they try to squeeze money out of you at every turn. If you want a terrible experience, stay here—but I’d highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

El peor hotel de Madrid, me fui con mi mujer para estar tranquilos y descansar y me encuentro que en la planta que nos meten está llena de jóvenes haciendo botellón porque hay un festival en una discoteca cercana, la habitación una celda sin luz , tuvimos que cancelar y se quedaron con el dinero.

El peor hotel de Madrid sin duda por no decir de España. Para la comida lleva monedas para la maquina expendedora y antes de ir ppn unas velas en la iglesia de tu ciudad para que esten repuestas de comida. La habitacion ...en fin...creo que ortega lara estuvo mas comodo en su zulo sin duda alguna . Por trabajo me veo obligado a cancelar 3 noches de estancia viernes sabado domingo y aviso el jueves. Pues se han quedado la noche de viernes y sabado estando vacio el hotel ...luego me explique pprque en pleno agosto este hotel de madrid estaba vacio. Han ganado mas dinero con lo que me robaron en la cancelacion que ppr mi estancia...asi va españa ....pq se le permite a los pillos hacer estas cosas....de verdad ...si vais a madrid,es preferible pagar algo mas e or a cualquier hostal si es necesario y compartir habitacion...jamas he encontrado a hosteleros asi de carotas
