I found it on Ctrip and it's ranked among the top ones. It's really reliable!
The customer service is considerate, friendly and natural. Check-in, get more water for tea, delay until 2 o'clock and other requests are all responded quickly. I called for water and slippers and they were delivered within 3 minutes twice. There are also souvenirs that are a little surprise! The subtleties and details show the professionalism of the hotel. I came to Hailar and drove to Genhe and came back to stay at this hotel. I was not satisfied with the previous meal at the Garden Hotel. The breakfast is also good.

I am very lucky to book such a good hotel in Erguna, and the price is not expensive, much better than the big city, the health is very clean, the look is very clean everywhere, the waiter attitude is good, feel the enthusiasm of the Northeast people, there is barbecue near the hotel, Mongolian food, Sure enough, the barbecue looks at Inner Mongolia. The taste is too authentic. The experience of staying here is great. I want to see the prairie again in summer. I will choose this hotel again.

A great hot spring hotel. We traveled 1,500 kilometers from Beijing to Hailar. On the fifth day of our trip, we chose this hotel specifically to relieve fatigue. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff were warm and thoughtful, and children were given breakfast and hot spring tickets.
Only when I arrived in Manzhouli did I realize that I had forgotten my child’s tablet in the hotel room. I called the hotel, and the front desk staff member Xiao Liu (employee number 027) enthusiastically helped me find the tablet and mailed it for me. So touching😘😘

The first time I came here, I came with the idea of exploring the hotel, and the result was wonderful! I won't talk about the theme features, full marks. The main thing is the exquisite details in all aspects. It is the most considerate hotel I have ever stayed in. Toothbrushes are prepared for children, and slippers are also specially made for children. The breakfast is very rich, and there are thoughtful reminders before the meal is collected. By the way, the hotel has a warm storage, and friends who drive in winter can rest assured. Just go to the front desk to pay 50, and then the security guard will lead you to park the car.

We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock. The front desk helped us check in as soon as possible. Because we arrived early, the room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk contacted the floor to help us plan a room first, and gave us tickets to the nesting doll amusement park in advance so that we could go to the amusement park first. The room and the lobby are all nesting doll elements, and children should like it very much. The facilities are a bit old. We booked 2 rooms. One of the pillows was dirty, and the waiter immediately replaced it with a new one. The service attitude was very good and the efficiency was high. The breakfast was very rich and tasted very good.

GGuest UserIt is less than 10 minutes' drive from the airport and very close to the city, which is very convenient. The boss is very nice.
The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, there was a smart toilet (a bit noisy by the flushing sound), and there was a small balcony with beautiful scenery. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.
The only inconvenience is that there is no shelf for luggage, and our two boxes are spread on the ground, which is very inconvenient.

It was very convenient to take pictures of night scenes at night. There was a specialty store downstairs, and across the street was the local postal store. You can stamp and send postcards. There is a night market nearby and the atmosphere is great.
Except there are singers downstairs at night, and they are a bit out of tune. You can still hear the singing when you close the window.

She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!

The concierge at the front desk had a golden key. The Russian meal next door had a handsome Russian beauty performance. The price was not expensive. Two people spent 270 to eat.

JJavedOne of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Perfect location, a lot of restaurants , Marts , pharmacies , ATM, shopping malls and clubs are just a walking distance away. The rooms of the hotel are big and hot water with good pressure is available all the time. The famous Zhong'e Shangmao Pedestrian Street is just 5 to 7 minutes distance away. It is an ideal for foreigners as I saw a lot of tourist from various countries staying in this hotel. Above all , the host of the hotel is a kind, humble and helpful guy. I stayed my stay just because I was satisfied with my stay here. I will always remember the gentleman .Highly recommended.

GGuest UserIt should be the best hotel in Zalantun, and the room configuration has reached the three-star standard. It is too few guests. On the day of staying in the annex, it seems that the whole building is my family, and it feels particularly deserted. It is recommended that guests can be caged in a building in the future.
