酒店很好，比較新，地理位置好，到火車站就幾分鐘路程，機場17分鐘車程。設施齊全，智能家居，電視可以投屏，還有洗衣房賊方便。
服務貼心，每個服務人員都是笑臉相迎，也很周到，有零食和下午茶。下次來的話還住這裏。

這家酒店真的超出預期！位置特別好，出門就是火車站，去商圈超方便，步行幾分鐘就能到不少好吃的店。
房間乾淨整潔，床品特別舒服，一躺下就不想起來，隔音也做得不錯，晚上安安靜靜的，睡了個好覺。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水來得快，洗漱用品用着也舒服。
前台小姐姐態度超nice，辦理入住退房都很快，還貼心地給了附近的遊玩攻略，有問必答特別耐心。早餐種類挺豐富的，味道也在線，吃飽喝足出門玩超有勁兒～
性價比絕了，下次來這兒還住這家，已經推薦給朋友啦！

非常好的入住體驗！酒店有提供免費的洗衣及烘衣設備，另外還設有簡易的健身房。酒店早餐簡單但口味還不錯，餐廳還有現磨咖啡機，這必須稱讚一下。前台或是房務人員服務都很積極熱心，效率很高。酒店離海拉爾火車站非常近，附近也有非常多的餐廳及便利店

優點：衞生不錯，有洗衣服務
缺點：1.標註4鑽的酒店，沒有電視，衹有投影，無法看電視，錯過了當晚的法網男單決賽，早知道這樣還不如住快捷酒店
2.酒店的早餐品種太少，和快捷酒店差不多
3.房間比較小，家庭房放下兩張床，幾乎就沒什麼空間了
總之花了近五百塊，入住體驗卻和一半價格的快捷酒店相同。

房間狹小，單扇窗户還上了鎖鏈，透氣都做不到，安排尾房沒有任何提示，前台工作人員業務能力極其不熟練。
分享一件搞笑事情，房間加濕器壞了，嚴重漏水，我到前台找工作人員説明情況，該名員工背包準備下班了，她説：我們平時沒有客人用那個加濕器的……
600一晚的房費，電梯居然不用刷卡，安全係數低。
房間價格和設施、服務不匹配，性比價低。
