其它的不想説了，服務這塊真的要加強。上午退房時，孩子的OK鏡全套落在酒店，晚上打電話做衞生的阿姨居然把它扔垃圾桶裏了，關鍵是找不到了。1萬多塊錢的東西就丟失了。因阿姨這個疏忽孩子停戴了差不多一個月oK鏡，全家為此吵得不可開交。這是在其它酒店不會出現的吧。

圓床房，超出預期，首先沒想到廁所洗手洗澡三分離，而且都不小；其次停車方便，門前有免費停車場；第三，巨幕效果不錯；最後附近吃飯方便，有一家不錯的蒙餐館。

浴室空間很大，乾濕分離，房間很寬敞，就是有點像迷宮，頭一次住圓形的床，還配備了投影儀，雖然不會用，距離景點很近，客房大姐人很好，樓下停車位有很多，很方便，酒店很異域風情，來海拉爾玩值得入住！
