房間很好，環境設施衞生都不錯，隔音非常好，前台服務和房間服務也都非常好，停車方便；美中不足的就是温泉區服務太差了，基本找不到服務人員，但温泉水及遊樂設施還是很好的，淋浴區很差很冷，沒有助浴區，一樓和二樓的遊戲區還是很好的，尤其是卡丁車是免費的，可以無限玩、孩子很開心

開個發票好煩。加個早餐加個温泉票，問的時候可以代開房費，開的時候就是不行。連續兩年過年期間幾家人一起過來玩了。明年不來了。
