Great hotel and great and helpful staff. Acond can be a bit noisy and hair dryer wasn’t working and staff immediately had it rectified. Nice and interesting environment for family, with a shopping complex nearby. However location is not convenient.

Very good accommodation experience. Security is quite strict. It is connected to the mall and you can get to the MRT. However, there seems to be no food stalls outside the mall. There is a 7-11 and FamilyMart downstairs, which is quite convenient. The shower door is weird.

Love the place , next to many eateries & the mrt station which is very convenient to enter Kuala Lumpur. The view from our room is just superb ...really enjoyed watching the train entering its last station , make a U-turn in order to head to Kuala Lumpur & its last station at KWA Damasara

I searched for the key for a long time. I called the reserved phone number but no one answered. I called Ctrip's customer service and they also gave me this number. Finally, I found it online from a local friend. The deposit needs to be paid by bank card. There is no bank or place to transfer money nearby.

I would rate 10over 10 for the price withthe hotel services. The price was cheap for me for that kind of service.its worth of money and you can get to pharmacy,restaurants, shops at walking distance. The place less crowded and good.
