Just what we needed! Peaceful stay, close enough to things but private. We stayed here 2 nights, as soon as we arrived there were small snacks and you felt right at home. The bed was comfy, the place was well kept, the host was friendly but almost invisible unless you needed something and she was right there with anything you needed. The loft space was a wonderful open space with 70-80’s magazines and made me think of how great it would be to go back to a simpler time- I loved looking through them! Breakfast was plentiful and made right there, she offered insight on how to use the Ferry to go into Boston which was seamless. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

Ann Marie is a wonderful hostess. Very clean place, nice common area and breakfast room. The breakfasts were wonderful. Ann Marie is very engaging and knows all about the area and can give great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This was such an amazing experience! This place was so peaceful, so convenient, and so welcoming. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with clear directions, welcoming hospitality, and a beautifully cleaned room. Annmarie, the host, did an amazing job with a unique, homemade breakfast experience that made everyone in the room smile in the morning. Very well-done, and highly recommended. If I am making my way near Massachusetts in the near future, I will be definitely picking this spot again!

The house is well maintained and filled with wonderful antiques. Our room was modest sized and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and served on antique plates with nice settings. The gurgling cod pitcher was especially fun. Our hosts Bob and Annmarie were very knowledgeable about the area, places to visit, eat, history… We recommend this bed and breakfast.

Beautiful place and a great hostess!! We stayed in the Twins room on the third floor. Breakfast was made from scratch and delicious. Both close enough and far enough away from downtown Boston!! Also, the location is just south of Nantasket beach which is a very cool walk at sunrise!

Great stay. Good location, very comfy room and wonderful care by Ann Marie. We toured the region with Ann Marie’s input and got a real appreciation for the area. Hull is great as are the other nearby towns. We recommend the B&B and the area highly.
